For Residential Design, we offer the following services:
3D DESIGN - CUSTOM EXECUTIVE LAYOUTS + 3D IMAGES which includes the following:
- Executive layouts with detailed measurements.
- Demolition details, door & window schedules when needed.
- Electrical lighting map including light fixtures, switches, and outlet locations.
- 2D views and measurements, list of materials used (tiles, stones, cabinets, and millwork built-ins).
- 3D images of the interior (living, dining, kitchen, finished basements, attics, open concepts, office, laundry, baths, master suites).
Note: Unfinished areas, bedrooms, guestrooms, and any other rooms are not included in 3D Design unless millwork is present.
EXTERIOR 3D DESIGN - 3D RENDERED VIEWS which include the following:
- 3D rendered exterior views (includes exterior design of facades of residence).
- List of exterior materials used in the design, measurements of all exterior lighting fixtures.
- Landscape proposal design (including all walkways, pools concept, and uncovered areas within view).
Note: Landscape proposal is for aesthetic purposes only. A licensed Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect may be needed based on city / zoning regulations. Pool is concept only; No structural designs or detailed measurements are included with this service.
