3D Plus D LLC DBA Pinheiro Gutowski Design started with the union of Brazilian architect Richard Pinheiro and American business connoisseur Kevin Gutowski. This birthed the innovative idea to start a company by uniting Richard’s beautiful design solutions, with Kevin’s experiences in marketing and entrepreneurship. Together they combine over 20 years of experience in service & support roles for the Brazilian and American markets.
Our Philosophy is that you don’t need to be a millionaire to receive the best service possible or live a life of comfort. Both Richard and Kevin grew up in poor environments full of hardships where nothing was given without hard work and foresight. Now they want to assist others in accomplishing visually appealing comfort as life is uncomfortable enough, by working with individuals of all financial backgrounds. This creates the company’s goal to allow all people to make the environments they work and live in a place of peace and tranquility. By having a Fully Rendered 3D project with technical views it allows the clients to save the most time and money on their path to have their design dreams come true.
The Process starts once the client contacts us to schedule an appointment. The first step is analyzing the client’s space during our Initial Design Consultation where we can see the maximum potential it holds. Once the client Confirms, we explain the options and ideas on which direction the design can go. Depending on the service contracted we are then able to create custom layouts to maximize the use of the space, as well as in 3D Rendering software resulting in photos with lifelike realism.
Before the Presentation, the customer can make any changes to the proposal. After the presentation, the client has the ability to request any changes they desire to fully customize their designed spaces. Once approved, we prepare for the Final Project Delivery. We present the proposal in a digital copy so the client can present it to any contractor needed to transform their dream decor into reality. Physical Delivery is also available with a printed book of the images and technical plans.
