3D Exterior Renovation proposal with the creation of the entrance porch for this residence. We decided to make detailed access paths to the parking lot and public walkway. We also created a mini square in the front garden for moments of conversation between neighbors and family. We took advantage of existing plant species including the tall trees, added more, and spaced them strategically at the entryways while also creating a focal point for the yard. Valuing the residence with few changes but elevating and making a minimalistic and chic statement for the home. The first photo is the before picture!
